What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied you may return items within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Purchased items are exchangeable only for a different size. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped back to you free of charge.

If you need to return an item, please note that all items purchased online must be returned in the condition they were received. This means all returns/exchanges must be clean (sanitary liner must be attached), unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all original tags.

 

  • We cannot accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons.

Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method. 

 

  • Please note that we do not refund shipping charges nor do we accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen during the return shipping.

Are sale items eligible for return?

All items purchased on sale, or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Discounted items may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size of the same style.  

How do I return my order?

To initiate your return, please contact info@audistah.com the following:

  1. "Return/Exchange"and your order number must be in the subject line of the email

  2. Your reason of return: a return or size exchange.

  3. After submission of request, the customer will receive the detailed instructions to be followed in order to complete the return.

 

  • Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen during the return shipping.

 

AUDISTAH CORP. reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns/Exchange Policy.

Please allow around five business days for completion.
